ECOBOOST PROJECT

ECOBoost : Advancing SMEs Towards Net Zero through Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Integration

This project aims to improve the energy efficiency of small-sized enterprises (MSEs) and accelerate their transition to carbon neutrality.

MSEs face financial, technical and regulatory barriers that hinder the adoption of energy-efficient technologies and procedures.

ECOBoost will pool European solutions and help SMEs overcome these obstacles by drawing on various tools that will be developed as part of the project: energy audits, tailor-made support, technical and legal assistance, training programmes, provision of innovative business models, etc.

The tool will be tested with 90 MSEs in Ireland, Belgium, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

IDIT will provide its legal expertise on energy efficiency regulations for micro-enterprises and on energy transition incentive schemes. It will develop a common legal mapping model for the countries involved in the project.
